RSS means "Really Simple Syndication" which is an alternative way to view a web page. It allows you to subscribe and read the content using a special program called a RSS newsreader. Every time the web page you subscribed to is updated, your newsreader will automatically show the new item.

Go to the news page you want to get news from. There are links to these pages in the drop down boxes to the left.
Right-click on any orange button on a news source that interests you.
Select Copy Shortcut (Copy Link to Clipboard for Mac users), and paste that URL into the appropriate place in your RSS reader.
Then make sure you follow the instructions for your particular newsreader.
